Never dived before? No problem! Our First Time Diver experience is designed for complete beginners who want to explore Lofoten’s breathtaking underwater world in a safe, fun, and unforgettable way.

With a small group size (max 4 students per instructor), you’ll receive personalized guidance every step of the way. Your professional instructor will teach you the basics, help you get comfortable in the water, and be right by your side—ready to support you, even holding your hand if needed.

  • You should feel confident in the water and be able to swim
  • The program is siutable for those who are in good health and have no major health problems
  • Diving is not recommended for pregnant woman
